Electrohydraulic power unit
Our enterprise is concentrated on creation of hydraulic drive systems with complex solution of customer needs. Both creation of a whole system, that has a number of advantages such as optimal selection of hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic components and parameters with intention to obtain maximal equipment productivity and power efficiency, and supply of separate system elements (hydraulic power units, pump units, hydroblocks, valve systems, pneumatic control blocks) are possible. We design and supply systems for specialized equipment counting on and checking-out on optimal parameters for functioning in fully automated mode, as well as flexible systems with capability of readjusting according to workflow requirements. The latest systems are supplied with ergonomic control boards having intuitive interface. It is possible to produce explosion-proof systems, air- and hydro controlled systems, complex systems of mobile machines hydraulic drive, hydrosystems with autodiagnostics. Hydraulic drive systems may be supplied with a set of pipes and connections, fully prepared for installation as to the exploitation place, and also with necessary actuators (hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors). Also we produce and supply high pressure hydraulic drive systems (up to 1600 bar) on the basis of high pressure pumps and multipliers.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems under control of programmable controllers have a number of advantages which are absent in systems without PLC. First of all, electronic control system has flexible capabilities as to adjusting and selecting of equipment optimal operating modes, especially in the case of workflow alteration; secondly, the electronics allows for systems modulating and their easy integration into automated manufacturing lines; thirdly, the number of hydraulic, pneumatic or process components decreases, which provides reduction of equipment costs; in the fourth place, it is possible to program the wide range of system behavior in alert and abnormal situations causing undesired consequences. Energy efficiency of electronic systems must be noted separately, due to drive power takeoff "on demand", in dependence of workflow needs.
